I ended up ordering the wrong item from team.shop and had to ask for a refund, which I thought might turn into one of those annoying back-and-forth situations. Thankfully, it didn’t.

The support team got back to me quickly, kept things simple, and treated it like a normal mistake instead of making me feel bad about it. The refund showed up in my account a few days later, and I really appreciated the straightforward, decent way they handled it

I got exactly what I ordered, so I’ve got no complaints. To me, that’s really all you can ask for—everything was correct and the whole thing was easy. Happy with it overall.

I ordered from Team my first impression wasn’t great. The item looked okay when I opened it, but the material felt thinner than I expected, which was a little disappointing right away. It’s still usable and looks decent enough, but for the price, I was hoping the quality would feel better.

I ordered a custom shirt from team.shop, and yeah, it showed up quickly, but that doesn’t really make up for the fact that the print was way lighter than what they showed in the preview. I picked the design expecting it to look a certain way, so it’s frustrating that the final shirt didn’t match.
The sizing was fine and the shirt itself feels okay, but they need to do a better job making sure the colors come out right. If you’re offering customization, the customer shouldn’t have to just accept a faded-looking version of what they paid for

team.shop was easy to work with. I got updates more or less when I expected them, and the messages were clear enough that I wasn’t left wondering what was happening. Overall, I’d say they did a really good job keeping me in the loop.

Maybe it’s just me, but I was expecting a little more variety. I did find a few things I needed, so it wasn’t a total miss, but some categories felt limited. It’s fine if you’re just looking for basic stuff, I just wish they had more options and sizes in stock.

Well... I mostly checked out team.shop because the prices looked decent, and it ended up being better than I expected. It wasn’t the absolute cheapest thing ever, but it felt fair, and there weren’t any weird extra costs popping up at checkout. Overall, good value and I’d use it again.

I ordered a team hoodie and a shirt from team.shop, and the sizing was better than I expected. I usually brace myself for things to come in either a little too tight or way longer than they looked online, but both pieces fit pretty much exactly how I hoped they would.
I just followed the size chart and went with my usual size, which doesn’t always work out when ordering clothes online. This time there was no guessing, no weird fit surprises, and nothing I had to send back, so I’m really happy with the order.

They got back to me in about an hour and didnt make it a hassle at all. The person helping me was friendly, explained everything clearly, and got it sorted quickly.
i was really happy with how they handled it. Ive had support experiences that felt way more frustrating, but this one was easy. Would definitely give 5 stars.
